residual income (up to a $4,000 per week limit)
by joining with Free Store Club in its global campaign
to “give away stores”.
The Gold Level store is provided
for a $50 (US) monthly
hosting fee.
The
Gold storeowner pays

In

There are two minimum requirements
that you must meet in order to qualify to
receive commissions from the Dual-Powered Compensation
Plan. They are:
1.
You must be a Premium (Silver, Gold or Platinum) storeowner.
2.
You must invite at least TWO people who sign up for
a FSC store at any level.
Of course, meeting these two requirements
alone will not earn a commission. Your organization
must generate product sales and/or Premium hosting
fee payments in accordance with the pay system as
described below.
Getting
Started
You actually start the machine when you sign up for
your Free Store. A position is created for you in
the FSC pay system. Each position can have TWO and
ONLY TWO store-owner positions directly "down
line". Your position will be in the downline
of your sponsor, the person who invited you to FSC.
When you start, the two positions
directly under you are empty. Those two positions
form the beginning of your Left and Right "legs"
Your
Marketing Groups
 As
your sponsor and others up the line from you continue
giving away stores, all of their new store owners
will go to the bottom left or the bottom right of
THEIR organization, which means that some of them
may go into YOUR organization. This is called "spillover".
Spillover counts the same for you as if the enrollments
were made by you personally.
The difference in spillover store
owners and store owners that come as a result of your
OWN efforts is that spillover store owners will always
ALL go to the same side of your chart.
Upon activation at the Gold or
Silver level,
many storeowners are surprised to learn that they
have accumulated a few dozen, even a few HUNDRED other
owners on one side or the other, simply because of
spillover, though there is no guarantee that will
happen.
How Your Groups Grow
 Our
exclusive Exact Method Marketing™ system, EMM,
will teach you, step by step, the simple tasks necessary
to get the EMM "machine" working for YOU!
As you begin following the EMM system,
giving away FREE stores, you will begin to generate
your own enrollments of new Free Store Club store
owners.
The FIRST enrollment that comes from
your marketing efforts will go to the bottom of the
leg your upline store owners have built. This can
be considered your "thank you" note to the
store owners up the line for contributing the spillover
store owners to your group.
After your first personally
invited store owner, all other enrollments that come
from your efforts will go the side that  has
the LOWEST Platinum, Gold, Silver Storeowner Count
if any, weighted for their relative value, otherwise
to the side with the lowest Free store owners Count.
If both groups are balanced, then new store owners
will go first to the left, then to the right, alternating.
Your personal enrollees will always
go to the far outside bottom position of the side
on which the computer places them. Remember, each
new store owners that YOU generate will be counted
as spillover for the others above him/her on that
side.
As the store owners in your
groups activate their own Premium status and begin
doing their own advertising, THEIR new store owners
will begin filling in the inside positions of YOUR
organizational chart. It is indeed a beautiful thing
to see!
Residual Income
The computer
maintains three sets of "counters"
for each Premium store owner.
1.
A Left side counter and a Right
side counter for SILVER points.
2. A Left side counter and a Right
side counter for GOLD points.
3. A Left side counter and a Right
side counter for PLATINUM points.
In the Dual-Powered
Compensation Plan, residual income
is earned from TWO sources:
1. From the Premium Hosting
fees that are paid by Free Store Club store
owners.

Each Gold,
and Silver hosting fee payment creates
1 Silver Point or 1 Gold Point
each month for you.
*
Each
FSC VIP Cruise Card or other
Platinum Level sale creates
1 Platinum Point for you.

Points are counted from wherever they occur in either
leg, no matter how deep and
no matter who sponsored the store owner.
2. From Commissionable Product
sales at stores in your pay structure.
"Core" product sales
(all FSC products EXCEPT Premiere products) produce
fractional points that accumulate to make whole
Silver points.

Gold Store owners
receive 2 Silver points per $100
ordered from the stores of Free store owners
in either leg.
* Gold Store owners receive 1 Silver
point per $100 ordered from the stores of Silver
owners in either leg.
* Silver Store owners receive 1
Silver point per $100 ordered from the stores of
Free owners in either leg.
When your SILVER Point
count reaches 8 (with 4 from the Left side
and 4 from the Right side), you earn your first $10*
commission check!
When
your GOLD Point count reaches 8 (with 4 from
the Left side and 4 from the Right side), you earn
your first $50* commission check if you are a Gold
store owner (or $10* if you are
qualified at the Silver level)!
When
your PLATINUM Point count reaches 8 (with 4
from the Left side and 4 from the Right side), you
earn your first $100* commission check if you are a
Gold store owner with Platinum qualification (or $50* if
you are qualified at the Silver level with Platinum
Qualification or $10 if you are a Gold or Silver Store
Owner who is not Platinum Qualified.)!
Each
time 8 more Silver Points accumulate
across your two groups (with 4 from the Left side
and 4 from the Right side) you earn another $10.00*
commission check and your Silver Points are reduced
by the number of points that were actually used to
generate the commission. Excess points are
never flushed, but count toward your next
check.
Each
time 8 more GOLD Points accumulate
across your two groups (with 4 from the Left side
and 4 from the Right side) you earn another $50.00*
commission check (or $10.00* if you are qualified
at the Silver level) and your GOLD Points are reduced
by the number of points that were actually used to
generate the commission. If one side has more
than 4 points when the cycle occurs, excess points
are never flushed, but carry over toward your
next check.
Each
time 8 more PLATINUM Points accumulate
across your two groups (with 4 from the Left side
and 4 from the Right side) you earn another $100.00*
commission check if you are a Gold Store owner qualified at the
Platinum Level (or $50.00* if you are qualified
a Silver store owner qualified at the Platinum level or $10.00* if you are
a Gold or Silver member but not Platinum Qualified) and your PLATINUM Points are
reduced by the number of points that were actually
used to generate the commission. If one side
has more than 4 points when the cycle occurs, excess
points are never flushed, but count toward
your next check.
* Silver Store Owners
are allowed to earn up to $2,000
maximum per week in SILVER commissions
PLUS up to $2,000 maximum per
week in Gold commissions plus up
to a maximum of $2,000 per week
in Platinum commissions if they are
Platinum qualified.
* Gold Store Owners
are allowed to earn up to $2,000
maximum per week in SILVER commissions
PLUS up to $10,000 maximum per
week in Gold commissions plus up
to a maximum of $20,000 per week
in Platinum commissions if they are
Platinum qualified.
Commissions
are calculated weekly and paid on a two-week delay
to allow for collection of all funds.
Your
Premium status activation is "time-sensitive"
1.
Anyone in your downline who activates premium
status during the same month
that you activated yours, but AFTER you activated
will create a Volume Point for you THAT MONTH and
every month as they renew.
2.
Anyone in your downline who activates premium
status during the same month
that you activated, but BEFORE you activate
will create a Volume Point for you each month in the
future as they renew, but will NOT create a Volume
Point for you during THAT MONTH.
3.
Anyone in your downline who activates premium status
during any month AFTER the month in which you activate
yours will create a Volume Point for you THAT MONTH
and every month as they renew.
4.
Anyone in your downline who activates premium
status during any month BEFORE
the month in which you activate yours
will not create any Volume Points for you THAT MONTH
or any other month as they renew.
